What is Spiritual Direction?
Safe Space
A safe space where you can offer questions and responses while sitting with a trained listener. As a director, I will gently listen and wait with you in discerning the voice of God as you share.
Reflection
In our time together, we will pause and notice stirrings in relationship to God’s workings within your life.
Silence
Each session welcomes contemplative silence. Together, we discern what the Holy Spirit might be showing you while noticing, listening, and being with God.
